To Whom it May Concern:
Thank you for considering our application for a zoning permit for a shed under 200 square feet. I realize
a portion of the shed will reside within an easement on the east side of our property. I have proactively
reached out to Engineering and spoke to Tom on Monday, April 12. Tom agreed that since this shed is
on skids and relatively mobile, there should not be a problem with this overlap given the impermanent
nature of the structure as there will be no footings or concrete slab involved.
Please reach out with any questions, I look forward to hearing from you.
Regards,
Brandon Block
