small retaining wall, fence to improve safety for kids playing in the yard
08-13-2021 Erik Slettedahl
A retaining wall is not allowed within the drainage and utility/access easement associated with this request.
08-25-2021 Erik Slettedahl
08-25-2021 Aaron Nelson
1. The retaining wall is proposed in a drainage and utility easement and is subject to the terms of the easement. Approval
of a zoning permit or allowing a retaining wall, or any other private improvements in the easement, does not relinquish any rights
of the drainage and utility easement.
2.If/when access to the wetland is needed in the future, either the wall will be removed (and not replaced), or the property
owner will provide alternate access at no cost.
3.Enough separation between the wall and dry creek bed must be maintained to allow vehicle access between them
(approximately 15’)
