Left addition: 3 additional feet at road, 20 feet long
Right addition: 8 feet wide extending from corner of
garage to right, 22 feet long. Ends 10ft from utility box.
Utility box
We need to replace our crumbling driveway. While we are doing
this, we want to straighten out a curve at the front that makes
backing out difficult, especially in snowy conditions. We also want
to add another parking space to the right of the driveway, ending
at the garage. Total additional paved area is about 350 square
feet. The topography is flat from left to right, sloping slightly
towards the road. Additional paving is not expected to cause
drainage issues on either side of the driveway.
The electrical box is currently 9 feet from the existing driveway.
We do not intend to have the driveway extended where the box
sits, so will maintain the 9 foot distance. New paving will end 10
feet from box, as mandated in codes.
Please note the large deciduous tree on the property line has
been removed.
