The grant of the foregoing easement includes the right of Grantee, its contractors, agents and invitees to access the Easement Area to allow for access to a city pond. Grantors covenant with Grantee, its successors and assigns, that Grantors are the owners of the Property and have good right to grant and convey the easement herein to Grantee. The use of the easement shall be nonexclusive. Grantors shall have the right to use the Property for any and all uses and purposes provided that such use does not obstruct, encroach upon or materially interfere with the intended purpose of the easement. This easement and the covenants contained herein shall run with the Property and shall bind Grantors and their successors and assigns.
