•The fence is proposed in an easement that has a side yard storm sewer and manhole. The fence cannot block or restrict access to the
manhole.
•Any installation in the easement is subject to the terms of the easement (at your own risk). If the fence needs to be removed for access
and/or maintenance of the storm sewer, the city will not reinstall it. Staff recommends relocating the fence out of the easement.
