The Sidewalk Easement is depicted on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein. The City, its contractors, agents and servants will construct, reconstruct, inspect, repair and maintain a sidewalk and/or trail in the Sidewalk Easement Area and erect and maintain signs in conjunction with the public's use of said sidewalk and/or trail and any signs erected in conjunction with the use of the sidewalk and/or trail in the Sidewalk Easement Area. The City shall be repair, at it's sole cost, any damage to irrigation, landscaping or otherwise on Landowner's property resulting from construction or maintenance of the sidewalk and/or trail.
