(see the attached December streetlighting bill). This streetlight was installed and paid for at the request of Finaserve and the City of Eagan at the Group V rate. (see attached statement of work). According to your December billing a 250 watt decorative streetlight at the Group V rate is $7.70 per month plus interim rate adjustment and minus the fuel adjustments.
