I was instructed to send an email to your office stating/confirming Culpepper has not completed any
work on the addresses listed below and will not moving forward. All work has or will be completed
by Sabre currently and in the future. Please let me know when I can come pick up the new permit
cards reflecting the correct vendor.

RE: STC Windows — Building 4 (4873, 4869, 4865, 4861, 4857 Avery Court) and Building 5 (4893, 4889,
4885, 4881, 4877 Avery Court)
Per the attached report, "Summary Report for Avery Pines Home Exterior Noise Reduction Review'
prepared by ESI Engineering on August 23, 2021, it was deemed necessary that all rear windows on the
2nd level of the first row of western houses (Building 4 and Building 5) should have at least STC 31
windows in order to meet the City of Eagan's interior noise level requirement of 45 dBA or less.
Pulte Homes of Minnesota installed ProFinish Brickmould 600 Double Hung Windows in all rear windows
on the 2nd level of the first row of western houses (Building 4 and Building 5), which has an STC rating of
33. Refer to line item #700-1 and #800-1 of attached Simonton Window order for 4865 Avery Court,
which lists the manufacture specifications.
