I was instructed to send an email to your office stating/confirming Culpepper has not completed any
work on the addresses listed below and will not moving forward. All work has or will be completed
by Sabre currently and in the future. Please let me know when I can come pick up the new permit
cards reflecting the correct vendor.

Thank you for the additional email. We will extend all permits associated with Buildings 4 and 6 to
one year after the date they were issued. In order for the permits to continue to be valid, work must
start by the extension date. We will make note in our permitting system and parcel files. Please
contact us with any status updates along the way.

Good afternoon and thank you for the email. We are able to extend the permits to one year from
the dates that they were issued. Please note that we have not received permit submittals for
Building 1 yet. Could you please respond to this email, specifically requesting an extension for all
permits associated with Buildings 4 and 6? We will add a note in our permitting software and in the
parcel file. Work must start by July 13, 2023 for Building 4 and September 8, 2023 for Building 6.
