Per your request, I am providing this summary relating to the materials removed from the above -
referenced site under Permit Nos. EA 180065 relating to the demolition of the building and related
structures, and Permit No. 180074 relating to the removal of the underground storage tanks (USTs).
In addition to the 3 steel USTs that were removed, a total of 36 loads of material was hauled offsite:
