All components of fence shall be installed within property boundaries. Access must be provided to emergency response personnel.
KNOX padlocks will be required on any gate locking prior to installing power gates. These padlocks can be “daisy chained” with
their lock, just would need a small chain. Contact Eagan Fire Marshall for details. Fence must be clear of easement along the
southern and western border. All utilities need to be marked and fence clear of utilities..

The City of Eagan,
At our industrial building located at 3275 Dodd Rd, Eagan, MN 55121 we are intending to both replace
partially existing and install new galvanized chain-link fence no taller than 72” around the entire
perimeter of the commercial property.
The property currently has three access points, two driveways off of Borchert Ln and one driveway off
of Advantage Ln. The three driveways will be receiving gates, with the two main gates, one off of
Advantage Ln and one on Borchert Ln, that will remain open during office hours but will have the ability
to be locked on nights and weekends.
The gates may in the future received powered operators, but will not receive them until spring of 2023
at the soonest depending on the needs of the tenant.
