Michael Kennedy, an other old set-
tlor, passed away last Friday morning,
aged 67 years, after a luess of floc

honest man, and a good neighbor.
The fuueral was held at St, Peter'e
church, Mendota, Monday, at 10 a. m.,
the services were conducted by his son,
Rev. John Kennedy. He Is survived
by his wife, live sons and live daugh.
