Cedar Grove Redevelopment History1965-Cedarvale Shopping Center was built. It was a major retail center for Eagan during the 1970s and early 1980s.1979-Trunk Hwy 13 was relocated to the north and a new cloverleaf interchange was built with the new alignment of Hwy 77.
