It appears there is already a shed on the property. Please clarify, is the new shed a replacement of the existing shed, or in addition to the existing shed? Please note City Code requires sheds to be set back a minimum of 5 feet from side and rear property lines. Aerial imagery of the property (below) suggests the existing shed may not meet the 5-foot setback. And the plan you submitted does not show the distance of the shed to the property line.
