2. The address, if disclosed in documents provided to or obtained by the surveyor, or observed while conducting the
eldwork is 1000 Blue Gentian Road, Eagan, MN 55121.
3. This property is contained in Flood Insurance Rate Map, Community Panel No. 27037C0085E, dated December 2,
2011, and is a non-printed panel (no special ood hazard areas).
4. The Gross land area is 803,244 +/- square feet or 18.44 +/- acres.
6. (a) The zoning classication, setback requirements, height and oor space area restrictions, and parking
requirements, shown hereon, are per that Zoning & Site Requirements Summary by PZR Report dated 5/10/2017.

Setback Requirements:
