A workshop meeting of the Advisory Parks & Recreation Commission (APrC) began at 7:00 p.m. on
Monday, August 15, 2016 and concluded at 8:57 p.m. Commission Members present included
Member Michael Palmer, Member Dorothy Peterson, Member Andrea Todd -Harlin, Member David
Wietecki, Member Aileen Hough, Member Linda Klein and Member Jerry Farlee. Member Nathan
Neuman was absent. Staff members present Director of Parks and Recreation Andrew Pimental,
Assistant Director of Parks & Recreation Jared Flewellen and Parks Superintendent Paul Graham.
Visitors present included Tim Cooper from Eagan Forward.
Director Andrew Pimental presented the initial C.LP for park improvement projects during the years of
2017-2021. Original park improvement projects on the C.LP came from staff recommendations,
projects on the "parking lot" list and citizen requests. These items were then organized and prioritized
based on budget constraints each year and priority of need.
