to approve your permit.
1. City Code requires a minimum of five square fee oor area of the chicken r
proposed chicken.You propose 5 chickens d a run of 21 square feet.You must have
minimum of 25 square feet for five chick ns. Please amend the permit to 4 chickens.

decay resistant. Please provide that information.The wood will be treated to be weather and
decay resistant.

5. Minimum setbacks to the rear property line of 10 feet and side property line of 5 feet appear to
be met. However,City Code also requires a 25 foot setback from any inhabitable building.Your
neighbors home/garage appears to be 16 feet from the side property line. Please revise the Site
Plan and provide dimensions,ensuring all setbacks are met. The portion of the neighboring
structure adjacent our lot is the garage.The inhabitable portion(the house) is set back at least
25 feet.
Please resubmit this information to me at your convenience and I would be happy to finalize the review
of your chicken permit application.
