However, our Sign Code states that all business signs mounted on a building shall be similar in design and the proposed lettering would otherwise meet the requirements in the Sign Code. I can approve the building sign plans for the Open Door Pantry on the condition that all future signage proposed for the other tenants on the site must follow the same or similar design. Any building sign that does not match that description would require a PD amendment for approval. If this is acceptable, let me know, and I can approve the sign permits as-is. Otherwise, let me know if you have any questions.
