A Special City Council Meeting was held on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at 4:45pm in the Training Room. City
Councilmembers present: Mayor Maguire, Councilmembers Fields, Bakken, Hansen, and Supina. City
staff present: City Administrator Miller.
I.ROLL CALL AND ADOPTION OF THE AGENDA
Councilmember Bakken moved, Councilmember Fields seconded a motion to adopt the agenda. Aye: 5,
Nay: 0. Motion carried.
II.VISITORS TO BE HEARD
There were no visitors to be heard.
III.ADVISORY COMMISSION INTERVIEWS
The Council interviewed applicants to fill vacancies on the Advisory Planning Commission, Advisory Parks
and Recreation Commission, Airport Relations Commission, Energy and Environment Advisory
Commission, and Eagan-Inver Grove Heights Watershed Management Organization.
At the conclusion of the interviews, the Council recommended a slate of candidates to be formally
appointed at the April 18, 2023 City Council meeting.
IV.OTHER BUSINESS
There was no other business.
V.ADJOURNMENT
Councilmember Bakken moved, Councilmember Hansen seconded a motion to adjourn the meeting the
meeting was adjourned at 10:00 p.m.
