Our Intention is to erect/build 5(five) new office spaces in current shared work space and add doors and
separation walls to 5 (five) other current open offices. This scope of work includes demolition, steel stud
framing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, paint and finishes. We will be removing the front reception desk and building
a small conference room with 1 (one) glass wall for visibility, light, and aesthetics. We will also be replacing the
cabinets and countertops in a small break/coffee area as a refresh and update. No structural or exterior work is
being done under this interior improvement. All mechanical permits to include electrical, Hvac, and fire
suppression will be applied for by their respective companies.
Founded in 1948 and located in Eagan, MN, Lovegreen Industrial Services, Inc. ("LIS" or the "Company") is a
single source provider of millwright field services, and job shop metal fabrication and machining services.
Lovegreen employees roughly 100 people.
Millwright field services are performed by 60 to 80 millwrights. Millwrights are in essence industrial mechanics,
with a broad range of skills and training that make it a high-tech trade focused on precise alignment, installation,
overhauling and troubleshooting of large machinery that powers many industries.
Metal fabrication and machining services are performed by roughly 15 people in a 50,000 sq. ft. metal
fabrication and machine shop that provides professional job shop and short production run services to
customers across the country. Common fabrication and machining outputs include frames, mezzanines, sole
plates, stair wells, machine guarding, and conveyors.
