As requested,here is a letter explaining the ways we will be upgrading The Little Gym Suite,located at
1380 Duckwood Drive,to meet the 20946 Construction Rule upgrades required.Based on the permitting
costs of$112,664.00 we would be required to apply$22,532.80 in accessibility upgrades. The following
shows the breakdown of how this will be applied.
1. $22,532.80 IN UPGRADE FEES:
o $2,200.00(Hi/Low Water Cooler installation
o $385.00(Grab bar installation at restroom#102)
o $19,947.80 Balance
o $27,278.00(Upgrade restroom#102 to fully meet accessibility—exceeds balance available for
upgrades and will not be completed at this time)
I have attached a copy of the bid estimate provided by the contractor which shows the breakdown of
what would be required for the restroom upgrades that confirms it would exceed the required upgrade
fee balance.
