We will be installing and maintaining the best BMP's for the property (See attached Survey)
These BMP will be inspected by Lee Homes Multiple times a weeks. The BMP's will be
touched up as need to stay in good operational shape until the home a has been completed
and full landscaping has been installed. At that time the landscaper will remove all
BMP's from the property once full turf has been established
Erosion and sediment control inspection schedule, including:
• Every 7 days of exposed soil areas
• Within 24 hours of a half inch rain event
• Every 30 days of areas that are stabilized but construction activity continues
• Prior to resuming construction following an extended pause in activity.
Erosion and sediment control maintenance schedule, including:
• Within 24 hours, remove any sediment build-up on perimeter control devices
exceeding 1/3 of the device height or storage capacity.
• Within 24 hours maintain or replace any non-functioning pollution prevention
devices or practices.
• Within 24 hours or sooner if directed by City staff, remove any deposited
sediment, debris, or trash from adjacent properties, streets, or sidewalks
following discovery.
• Within 14 days after land disturbing activities have stopped, temporarily or
permanently stabilize exposed soils.
Any trees inside the silt fence area will be removed. The silt fence will outline the area to be
disturbed and will act as protective fence for any remaining trees on property. The
Homeowner. Will be responsible for final turf establishment. At this time, he is planning on

501.4.1 Makeup air in new dwellings. Makeup air quan-
tity for new dwellings shall be determined by using Table
501.4.1 and shall be supplied in accordance with Section
501.4.2.
501.4.2 Makeup air supply. Makeup air shall be provided
by one of the following methods:
1. Passive makeup air shall be provided by passive
openings according to the following:
1.1. Passive makeup air openings from the out-
doors shall be sized according to Table
501.4.2.
1.2. Barometric dampers are prohibited in pas-
sive makeup air openings when any atmo-
spherically vented appliance is installed.
1.3. Single passive openings larger than 8 inches
(204 mm) diameter, or equivalent, shall be
provided with a motorized damper that is
electrically interlocked with the largest
exhaust system.
2. Powered makeup air shall be provided if the size of
