Hi Sher,
Following up on our phone conversation and your proposal to modify the location of the chicken coop to
within the carport,yes,we can approve it within the carport and then it would not be considered as adding a
third accessory structure to the property.
Please revise the site plan accordingly, email that back to me and I will update your application. Please note I
am out of the office this afternoon and tomorrow. I will look for your email and continue processing your
permit next week.

We have reviewed your Chicken Permit application relative to the zoning ordinance. Unfortunately, we are
unable to approve it as presented.This property has two existing detached accessory structures(garage and
shed), and the chicken coop would be a third. The zoning ordinance allows only two detached accessory
structures on a residential lot,therefore your application cannot be approved. Please let me know if you have
any questions.
