home. Remove and abandon existing city hydrant - new private hydrant will provide adequate
coverage. Storm water in County Right of Way - needs maintenance agreement/easement?
06/28/2023 (AN) - $35,000 stormwater performance guarantee, and a $7,000 grading/erosion control
guarantee, was collected with the development agreement.
07/05/2023 (BL)- $6,650 SMP security required. Per 2023 fee schedule, $13,650 would be req'd given
2.1 acres proposed disturbance (@$6,500/ acre). The difference from grading/ erosion security listed
above, would be $6,650. Security to be collected with the Building Permit.
07/18/2023 (FORESTRY, AS) - No Mitigation Required. Tree Protection Guarantee for trees within
15' of grading limits equals $19,400 and accounts for 60 trees totaling, 776" diameter inches.
Landscape plan indicates the installation of 26 Colorado spruce. This species has proven to be ill
suited for Minnesota and susceptible to many fungal diseases. Consider substitution with a
combination of black hills spruce and white pine. (modified plan reflects substitution SJT 8/14/23)
