In 2003 a deck permit was issued and built at the area
the current covered porch is located. No permits found for
the other two decks or the conversion of a deck into a
porch. After conversations with the contractor, the two
decks that are to be rebuilt under this permit will be self
supporting and independent from the covered porch.
Neither the covered porch or stairs are within the scope
of these approved plans.
