The Ordinary High Water Level (OHWL) of Lake Holz is located at the 913 ft elevation, which is not necessarily where the shoreline is located. The fence must be setback at least 25 ft upslope from the OHWL to remain outside of the Shore Impact Zone. If the fence is located at a 6 ft elevation change from the shore, it would be roughly at the 918 to 919 ft elevation. Depending on where along that line you start measuring from, 25 ft upslope from the OHWL appears to be roughly between the 916 and 919 ft contour elevations, which could put portions of the fence within the Shore Impact Zone. But 41 ft from the shore is roughly between the 921 and the 922 contour elevations, which is outside of the Shore Impact Zone. Can you confirm that the fence will be located outside of the Shore Impact Zone?
