• City Permit will be pulled by Trinity Hardscapes before the work is started if the

requires a permit for the work being performed.
• Plywood will be placed down on the grass to limit the damaging of the grass

The approved Zoning Permit is attached for your records. Please be sure to read the comments in the notes section, and
also on your drawing. In particular, please call 651-675-5646 for a pre-construction inspection to ensure drainage
maintained through the Swale. The drawing you submitted is not to scale. Below is an aerial image of the property with
estimates of distance between the existing retaining wall and rear lot line, which is closer at the west side of the lot
(about 9 ft) than at the east side of the lot (about 16 ft.).The contractor/owner is responsible for confirming property
boundaries. We are relying on the dimensions you indicated on the drawing as to distance from both rear and side
property lines. Please call me if you have any questions.
