Project Description—Retaining Wall extention for raised planter bed Location:3793 Wescott Hills Drive Resident:Jim Douglas,651.274.5498,jimkimdouglas@comcast.net Detail: Our neighbor to the North is excavating their yard which exposes our existing retaining wall and changes the hill slope. To both accommodate the neighbor's project and improve our property,we are flattening the hill also on our property and enclosing the existing retaining wall to make a raised bed. This work involves removal of dirt and we have been discussing with our neighbor's contractors to include our work at the same time as the neighbor's. The retaining wall extension will be about 40' long with a height to match the existing retaining wall which varies between 0" and 29" above grade. Please see accompanying drawing. I have discussed this with Dave Westermayer in your office and he has been to the site recently.
