MEETING MINUTES OF AUGUST 21; 2023
A workshop meeting of the Advisory Parks & Recreation Commission (APrC) began at 5:30
p.m. on Monday, August 21, 2023. Commission Members present included Member
McWilliams, Member Klein, Member Costain and Member Hassen. Member Palmer, Member
Rotty, Member Hamlin and Member DeMartelaere were absent. Staff members present were
Parks and Recreation Director Andrew Pimental, Parks Superintendent Chris Fleck and
Assistant Parks and Recreation Director Jared Flewellen.

A. Capital Improvement Projects and Recreation Facilities Tour— Chris Fleck, Parks

B. Capital Improvement Plan presentation 2024 - 2028 — Chris Fleck, Parks
Superintendent
Member Costain approved, Member McWilliams seconded with all other members voting to
approve the 2024 — 2028 Capital Improvement Plan as presented. Aye: 4 Nay: 0
