the Southwest corner of said East 1/2 Northwest 1/4 and said point also being 725.4 feet North of the
Southwest corner of Lot 8, Robert O'Neill Homestead, thence North along said quarter-quarter line
633.2 feet to a point which is 1358.60 feet North of said Southwest corner of Lot 8; thence North 74
degrees 55 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 643.3 feet, thence South 30 degrees 57 minutes 30
seconds East a distance of 1059.00 feet to the Northerly line of aforesaid Lot 8; thence Southwesterly
along said Northerly line of Lot 8 a distance of 587.20 feet to the center line of the aforesaid STH No.
52-55; thence Northwesterly along said centerline 767.9 feet to the point of beginning, subject to the
rights of the public over and across the aforesaid highway.
Said perpetual easement being that part of said described property lying southerly of the following
described line and its prolongations:
Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of State Trunk Highway 52-55 and the west line of
the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 27, Range 23, Dakota County,
Minnesota, said point being 791.4 feet north of the southwest corner of said East Half of Northwest
Quarter and said point also being 725.4 feet north of the southwest corner of Lot 8, ROBERT O'NEILL
HOMESTEAD, said Dakota County; thence North, assumed bearing, along the west line of said East
Half of Northwest Quarter 633.2 feet to a point which is 1358.6 feet north of the southwest corner of
said Lot 8; thence North 74 degrees 55 minutes 30 seconds East 643.3 feet; thence South 30 degrees
57 minute 30 seconds East 781.55 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence
South 59 degrees 02 minutes 30 seconds West 40.00 feet; thence South 09 degrees 03 minutes 30
