Dear Mr. Schoeppner:
The Metropolitan Council Environmental Services (MCES) Division has reviewed the SAC
assignment on behalf of the City for Subway. The original letter for this determination was
dated April 18, letter reference 110418B2. This project is located at Thomson Reuters, 610
Opperman Drive within the City of Eagan.
The City will be charged no additional SAC Units for this project, instead of the 3 units
originally assigned. It is the Council's understanding the project does not increase the number of
meals produced daily, only a different meal option to the employees.
The business information was provided to MCES by the applicant at this time. It is the City's
responsibility to substantiate the business use and size at the time of the final inspection. If
there is a change in use or size, a redetermination will need to be made. If you have any
