Comments: The Property identified above is located within the corporate limits of the City of Eagan.
The Property has been platted and is surrounded by commercial development. A Planned Development
Agreement was entered into in 1994 for the subject site that allows for a 122 room Hampton Inn and a
9,748 sq ft restaurant on the adjacent lot. The hotel was constructed at that time and appears to be in
conformance with the conditions of the planned development. In 2017, building permits were issued for
interior and exterior remodeling. These permits remain "open" and have not received final inspections.
There are no other open zoning or building code violations on file with the city at this time. A copy o
the Planned Development and Certificates of Occupancy are included as reference.
