Eagan. The Property has been platted as Lot 1, Block 1, Honey Tree First Addition and filed as
CIC plat #398. The five existing 1 -story office buildings on the property were permitted and
constructed under a Planned Development Agreement dated July 2, 2002 and subiect to
conditions and plans described in Exhibits B-E. An Additional Planned Development Agreement
was approved in 2004 for the subject property to allow removal of a trail along the east side of
the property. A copy of the Planned Development Agreements are attached for reference.
