Comments: The Property identified above is located within the corporate limits of the City of
Eagan. The Property is unplatted, vacant and undeveloped. There are no current code
violations associated with this property. There are no permanent buildings on the site and thus,
no Certificates of Occupancy.
The Property is intended for industrial use. The Property is part of the Gopher Eagan Industrial
Park Planned Development established July 20, 1976. On July 6, 2006, the City approved a
Preliminary Subdivision for the Property which consisted of three lots and one outlot. On
October 17, 2006, the Final Subdivision was approved, and a Final Planned Development for a
portion of the Property was also approved. On February 19, 2008, the Owner withdrew the
Final Subdivision and Final Planned Development requests. The Final Plat was never recorded,
and the development did not materialize. To date, the Property remains vacant and
undeveloped.
