EAGAN POLICE cars will take on a new look in the 1990x.Chief Pat Geagann-stands
next to one of the newly-designed squads,which are white with two-tone blue strip-
ing•and feature larger,lettering. Geagan said the new desigm provides better identi-
fication a more professional,up-to-date image The old squads,which are blue
and have a large badge on the door,have a threatening look and are hard to identify
with the city,he said. Six of the department's new squads have the new design,but
