We, the undersigned have examined the contract documents, including the Advertise-
ment for Bids and detailed specifications attached hereto and on file in the Town
Office and hereby propose to furnish the following:

the vehicle complete with the specified items will be delivered in approc. 30days,

Accompanying this bid is a bidder's bond, certified check, cashier's check or cash
deposit, in the amount of $320.00 DOLLARS CENTS ($320.00 )
which is at least ten percent (10%) of the amount of my/our bid made payable to
the Town Board and the same is subject to forfeiture in the event of default on
the part of the undersigned or failure on the part of the undersigned to execute
the prescribed contract and bond within fifteen (15) days after its submittal to
me/us.
In submitting this bid it is understood that the payments will be by cash or check.
It is understood that bads may not be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after the
date and time set for the opening of bids. It is understood that the Town Board
reserves the right to retain the certified check or bond of the three lowest bid-
ders as determined by the Town Board for a period not to exceed 30 days after the
date set for the opening of bids.
In submitting this bid it is understood that the Township retains the right to
reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities and informalities therein and
to award the contract to the best interests of the Township.
