FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, that City of Eagan, a Minnesota municipal corporation, hereinafter
called GRANTOR, in consideration of the sum of One and No/100 Dollars ($1.00) and other valuable
consideration hereby conveys to the COUNTY OF DAKOTA, a political subdivision of the State of Minnesota,
hereinafter called GRANTEE, its successors and assigns, a permanent easement for highway purposes,
together with the unrestricted right to improve the same, within, over, under and across the following
described easement area in the County of Dakota, State of Minnesota:
A permanent easement for highway purposes over, under, and across that
part of Outlot G, Kensington Place 15t Addition, according to the recorded
plat thereof, Dakota County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of said Outlot G; thence North 89 degrees
56 minutes 54 seconds West, assumed bearing along the north line of said
Outlot G a distance of 21.61 feet; thence South 25 degrees 10 minutes 31
seconds East a distance of 69.56 feet to the east line of said Outlot G; thence
North 07 degrees 13 minutes 28 seconds West along said east line a distance
of 62.93 feet to said northeast corner and the point of beginning.
_114 Said permanent easement containing approximately 680 square feet.

.-A And said GRANTOR hereby conveys to the said County of Dakota all structures, trees, shrubs, grass,
aggregate, herbage or other materials now existing on or under said lands or that may be hereafter planted,
grown or deposited thereon.
