Addition. The Property is intended for retail commercial. The Property is zoned Planned
Development and includes specific conditions to the development as described within the
attached Agreement. We are unaware of any unresolved zoning or building code
violations. Our records indicate there are two (2) open building permits. The Property
was in compliance with the approved development plans at that time of construction. The
