Eagan. The Property was platted in 1984. The Crossroads of Eagan consists of eight 4-plex
units on 32 lots constructed in 1985. The site is zoned Planned Development and is part of the
Pilot Knob Properties Planned Development approved in 1974. It appears the site was
developed under R-3, Residential Townhome standards in place at the time of construction.
