City of Eagan. The Property was originally nally platted in 1998 as Eagandale Corporate
Center No.2. The Property has recently been replatted as Lot 1, Block 1, Eagan Senior
Living. The 276,550 sq. ft. building was constructed in 1998 and was in compliance with
City codes and ordinances at the time the Certificates of Occupancy were issued. The
BP zoning district permits office/warehouse uses. The Propertv is within the Aircraft
Noise Zone Overlay District Zone 4 one mile buffer, within which industrial and office uses
are considered compatible. No Variances or Conditional Use Permits have been issued
