Comments: The Property identified above consists of three parcels and the adjacent 20'
to the north, located within the corporate limits of the City of Eagan. There are no current
zoning or building code violations associated with the Property.
On November 20, 2018, the City Council approved a Preliminary Subdivision that
separates a 20' strip of adjacent land to the north and consolidates it with the three other
parcels into a single lot of approximately 1.26 acres for an intended multi-family residential
development.
Also on November 20, 2018, the City Council approved a Comprehensive Guide Plan
Amendment assigning a land use designation of High Density residential to the Property,
a Rezoning to Planned Development, and a Preliminary Planned Development for the
Property.
