of Eagan. The Property has been platted. The use and development of the Property is
governed by a Final Planned Development Agreement dated July 18, 2017. The approved
use is a four-story 96 -unit multi -family residential building, and approval of the Final Planned
Development incorporates any variances to typical City Code standards.
The Property appears to have developed in compliance with the approved development plans
per the Final Planned Development Agreement. A Certificate of Occupancy was issued
November 7, 2019. There are no unresolved zoning, building or fire code violations. Our
records indicate one open building permit for which final inspection has not been completed.
