Comments: The Property identified above is located within the corporate limits of the City
of Eagan. The Property has been platted. The 45,000 sq ft office/warehouse was
constructed in 2004 and was in compliance with a Final Planned Development agreement
dated September 2, 2003 when originally constructed. It appears a proof-of-parking area
within the north portion of the lot was left as green space. A Planned Development
Amendment was approved in 2009 to allow storage of tractors for John Deere. This
amendment was updated in 2016. The Property is within Aircraft Noise Zone Overlay
District Zone 4, within which industrial and office uses are considered compatible.
