Comments: The subject Property identified above is located within the corporate limits of the
City of Eagan. The property is zoned and surrounded by Limited Industrial (1-1) zoned properties
save for the property to the south zoned Business Park (BP). Among other uses, office,
warehouse and light manufacturing are permitted uses in the 1-1 zoning district. Enclosed is a
complete list of permitted and conditional uses as well as bulk standards for the 1-1 district. A
Conditional Use Permit (CUP) was approved in 1998 with the original construction of the existing
building for outdoor truck storage and a Variance to allow parking within 5 feet of a property line.
The CUP Resolution is enclosed. A second CUP was approved in 2015 to allow the outdoor
storage of PODS. This CUP Resolution is also enclosed. Lastly, a CUP was approved at the
