Comments: The Property identified above is located within the corporate limits of the
City of Eagan. The Property has been platted The existing building was initially
constructed as a retail pharmacy/drug store with the drive-through facility added at a later
date. The initial development was governed by the Hadler Park Planned Development
Agreement dated December 17 1991. The 1991 Agreement covered the subject
Property and three other lots. In 2004 an Amendment to the Planned Development
allowed the addition of a drive-through facility. In 2013 another Amendment to the
Planned Development expanded the allowable uses to a broader list of retail and service
uses. There are no open zoning or building violations currently on file with the City for this
Property. Our records show two open permits for which final inspection has not been
obtained.
Note: It appears the reference to a Final Planned Development Agreement dated August
15, 1992 in the 2013 Planned Development Amendment Agreement is in error, and we
can find no evidence of such Agreement. There was a proposal in 1992 to add a drive-
through facility to the pharmacy, however, that request was denied
