Eagan. The Property has been platted. The building was constructed in 1996 and the use and
development of the Property is governed by a Final Planned Development Agreement. Office is
a permitted use within this Planned Development. A 2001 Planned Development Amendment
allows research and development and light assembly of pre-manufactured components
comprising less than 25% of the building in conjunction with administrative or professional offices
or clerical operations. According to our records, the Property provides 273 parking spaces for the
two-story 43,680 sq. ft. building.
