This restriction is outlined in the City's definition of a dwelling: Dwelling means a building, or one or more portions thereof, intended for residential occupancy. Residential occupancy means inhabiting the building, or any portion thereof, as a household for a period of not less than 30 consecutive days. Dwelling does not include rooms in motels, hotels, nursing homes, boarding houses, motor homes, tents, cabins, or travel trailers.
