Hi Russ and Aaron,
Thanks for meeting with us last week to discuss the retaining wall for the new development o Ư of Yankee
Doodle Road. After internal discussion, we agree the simplest and most straight forward process is to
have the wall constructed in the County right of way. The County will agree to maintain the wall into the
future and no special permits or agreements will be necessary. Permits will still be required for any work
occurring within County right of way. We would like to review the engineering plans for the retaining wall
when you have those available.
