Iie further discussed the 1975 Legislative bill regarding financing through the State of iZinnesota for improvements on the Johnny Cake Ridge Road. Pdo action was taken. POLYCE DEFARTP~PdT. Martin DesLaurier appeared and first reviewed proposed changes in Section 4 of the Eagan Police Department policies procedures which had been distributed.
