ACTING AS THE BOARD OF REVIEW

The Eagan City Council acting as the Board of Review met at the Eagan City
Hall on May 27, 1975 at 2:00 P.Is. Those present were Mayor Polzin, Councilmen
Rahn and Wachter. Councilmen Smith and Rydrych were absent. Also present was
Clerk Alyce Bolke and representatives of the Dakota County Assessors Office.
Many residents appeared regarding taxes and assessments but no adjustments
to the records were made.
The tax books were reviewed and upon motion of Councilman Rahn, seconded
by Councilman Wachter, Polzin voting aye, it was RESOLVED that the tax rolls be
approved.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 5:00 P.n~I.
